PLEASE NOTE: Import duties are NOT included in the shipping costs and will be charged to you directly by UPS after clearing customs. The issue is out of our control once it is shipped. 

This applies to our UK customers and further afield.

For the Netherlands and Belgium, we offer UPS Standard (1-2 days), UPS Express Saver (1 day).

Within Europe, we offer road freight via UPS Standard (2-4 days), and airfreight shipments via UPS Express Saver (1-2 days) and UPS Express (1-2 days before 12:00).

Outside of the EU, we only offer airfreight shipments via UPS Express Saver (3-5 work days) and UPS Express (3-5 work days before 12:00).

RETURNS

For all returns please use www.patta.nl/returns We do not accept online returns in store.

Please note: All products that are bought on sale or at a discounted price will be refunded in full via store credit. This store credit can then be used in store or on our website. We are unable to process sale returns to the original payment method. This is in accordance with Dutch consumer rights.

Generally, expect standard shipping to take 3-5 business days, while expedited options can reduce that time to 1-3 business days. Furthermore, once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking details to keep you updated. This way, you can anticipate when your order will arrive, ensuring you're prepared to receive it.
